The physical space wasn’t very neurodivergent friendly. There are no soft things on the walls to absorb sound and the vet practically shouted the whole visit.

After phoning my own vets with a problem with my dogs eye they told me that I could not be seen and to phone another vets ?, very very disgusting service from our own vet as they left our dog in pain with an eye problem, that breaches the veterinary code.
I phoned medivet and was given an appointment with no problems at all, very friendly and very thorough with our dog as it turned out she must have got something in her eye that did resolve itself, we have now permanently changed our vets to medivet now as we were told we would always be able to get an appointment at other medivets if none available at our new vet location.great services and very friendly staff.
