The practice has always been good so I was disappointed when my appointment started late due to the staff member arriving late to work. Whilst I appreciate that this can happen, I had booked the early appointment to enable myself to be able to start work at 9 and on time, which unfortunately was a challenge due to my appointment starting late.

I paid £480 for blood tests for which the results were supposed to be shared that evening and then I had to wait a week for the results and chase them.
