The staff are always genuinely interested in the health and well being of our pets. They're friendly and helpful and despite my cats best efforts to offend your wonderful staff, they still fuss over them.

I was really impressed with the approach - consultation and straight to sedation meant my dog wasn’t sitting around and stressing before any treatment. As she previously had separation anxiety I was nervous we may regress, but this was handled incredibly well.
I felt welcomed and that my dog was put at her ease by staff.

Far too expensive, I actually had to ask for a breakdown because I thought there had been an error. Unfortunately will be going elsewhere. No wonder it was empty. £170.00 for a cat with a water infection. I could have diagnosed myself and purchased the anti inflammatory online for £8.00. Should be a governing body keeping an eye on vets and their charges.
