Routine check for my dog who is very nervous. Unlike previous visits when staff have taken time to gain her trust and made an effort to put her at ease, the nurse was quite disinterested and, if anything, made her feel more nervous by her detached manner and apparent wish to deal with us as quickly as possible (it was not busy at the time).

My cat Charlie is over 15 years old and doesn’t mind his visit to the vet! In fact it’s hard to check his heart because he purrs so much 😹

An appointment for my ill dog was made quickly The vet examined him and prescribed treatment which we received there and then. Dog much improved the next day

10 year old Yorkshire terrier (teacup) needs acupuncture every 6 weeks after a broken neck at 1 year old. This treatment works wonders!
