Medivet Kingsbury

Amazing service and treatment for my long haired cat Paris back in July, by nurses Cassie and Isabel. My cat Paris, who, as she's getting older is not the best at grooming herself when it comes to shedding her winter coat. This is the only place i can get her groomed to dematt her coat. Its for a reasonable cost too, especially as it takes 2 nurses to do the job as Paris can be quite unruly when it comes to grooming her. Thank you 🙏

Medivet staff: five stars! Medivet the company and their pricing systems/clear lack of any care whatsoever towards our pets: zero stars. Actually, minus 5. Such an evil organization. Google them and prepare to be horrified by their business practices.

Most of the five stars reviews on here are from 10 years back. This is not a 5 star veterinary practice. Two stars at best. Ten years ago Medivet Kingsbury had a fantastic team (Leslie and Ros: amazing women!) who looked after our pets with love and devotion for a reasonable fee. But since then Medivet has become a monopoly by buying up all the private vet practices in the area and their prices have subsequently risen to truly extortionate levels (they are currently under investigation for these practice, but I suspect they will cheat and buy their way out of this scrutiny). This is no longer a veterinarian practice but a cut-throat business run by City Bankers, Financiers, and fund managers who clearly treat the company as a cash cow. They don't have a stable veterinary team (former employees say they treat and underpay their staff as badly as they treat their customers), thus you only get to see locums who don't care one iota about you and your pet as they will never see you again. They will also charge you for breathing. And maybe even just for existing. A visit to Medivet usually means being sold as many expensive treatments as they can possibly foist on you. Medivet Kingsbury is a truly awful, deeply unethical, and largely shoddy veterinary practice. But because of their monopolistic business practices they are literally getting away with murder on a daily basis. Shame on them and everyone who works there.

We always feel so welcome at Medivet Kingsbury. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and caring, and they always make us feel that Lucky and Bianca are in the best possible hands. A special thank you to the lovely Mr Vet who looked after us during our visit yesterday. He was so helpful, patient and friendly, and took the time to make sure we felt reassured and well looked after. It means a lot to know that our cats are receiving such wonderful care. Too little staffing. Need to book appointment at least a month ahead. Long wait before the appointment slot. Also, It closes earlier than the closing time. I travellled an hour to the vet to collect medicine, Arrived at 1800 and it was already closed. Need to make another travel. Brilliant😊

Very friendly all staff members and really nice with my pet

Our cat has been looked after so well by the vets and staff at Medivet. They have gone to great lengths to find out the root of his problems, and to make sure he gets the best treatment possible. They are professional and caring. We always know he is in safe hands at Medivet. - Best vets ever!
