The practice still feels like a local surgery, due to the staff working there. We know the vets/staff and they know us. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely brilliant vets. Staff are very friendly helpful & accommodating. Been going there fur the past 30 years before it became Medivet. Always see Richard who has looked after us brilliantly over the years who is the most helpful & understanding vet you could ever wish to meet.

Not sure if you display a price list in the surgery or online. I would always recommend your practice but friends and dog walks acquaintances have said it’s very expensive.
They also don’t like that you don’t have access to a local out of hours service. That does worry me too, when you are stressed finding somewhere in Stoke.would be a nightmare.
