Medivet Camberwell always take such good care of my dog Lumi. They are calm, friendly and incredibly reassuring from the moment we walk in. It’s an emergency vet hospital but it never felt rushed or clinical. Everyone there seemed to genuinely care. Lumi is always treated with kindness and I left feeling grateful and relieved knowing he was in safe hand

On my visit the staff were friendly and efficient and the nurse was very helpful when answering any questions and also helping me de-mat my cat and I feel my cats are in safe hands😸😼😺🙀😸😻

Hi guys
May main feedback is the appointments always start 10-15mins late, even when I'm first appointment of the day. My dog is anxious so would rather not wait every time and I am away from work too. Appreciate they won't always start on time that's fine, it's always 10-15mins late though like clockwork
Often seems like reception are under staffed they often say they are short. I like coming to you because it's close to my house but with the timekeeping it might be better I travel and nit further.
