Asked to bring in a urine sample for my dog on a workday - you are not open outside working hours on weekdays(adding the commute to the working day) and don't have a letterbox where I could get the sample in our early-morning walk (about 6am) and drop in before you open for the day, which would be helpful.

I rescued a puppy last week r so he was thrown into a bin he is 11 weeks old he had worms registered him at the PDSA they refused to see him as he not had 1st injection yet.. I panicked coz I cant leave a puppy with worms so I came to medivet to ask for advice they kindly done a health check and gave him some worming medication. They didn't have to but they did so for that im very grateful for the vets who saw him and medication him

I have always been very happy with the service I have received for all of my pets over the last 30 or so years and will continue to highly recommend it to others. Thank you all so much for the hard work you all put into looking after our treasured pets and family members

Everyone was very kind and helpful - I had brought in a stray cat, and everyone was very sympathetic e.g, advising how to get the cat into the carrier!
Also good on advice for taking blood samples etc.
(I have not yet had results, though I had expected to hear today)
I need to know as I have another older cat, and do not want him to pick up any infections!

The reception staff ensured my elderly cat got an appointment quickly. The vet, Erica Gosnell gave me the time to talk through my concerns and gave me the advice I needed. Really happy with the care my cat received.

The vet was nice but the appointment was delayed 15 minutes we arrived early so we were waiting for some time , when we finally got called and our pet got her checkup they tried to charge use alot more than what was actually supposed to be payed. At medivet them themselves have posted that the first appointment is free for pets under 1 year our pet met this criteria but when we told them they claimed it's false , the vet let us of saying it wasn't true , but it is , you can search online and look on the actual website . There was lot of miscommunication between the staff and the customers , would not attend again.
