Normally pretty good, although we rarely see the same vet twice and insurance requests are not always put through in a timely manner, or at all. It's way too expensive, too, of course. But then so is everything else.

Managed to get an appointment on the day I called as my cat was sick - really pleased that I got in on the same day, the vet was excellent and I have now got a healthy cat again.

Pleasant and clinical practice. It was easy to book an appointment and the staff team were friendly and welcoming. It would be good if itemised billing can be provided so customers can understand exactly what is being paid for.

Receptionist unhelpful, bored sounding and sarcastic. I actually had to hang up because of her rudeness. I would suggest she gets a different job where she doesn't have to work with the public, as it's clearly not her thing
