Meet our Partner, Bert Ritico
I’ve been a Partner for over two years now at Medivet 24 Hour Camberwell and Medivet New Cross. I am so proud to lead our team in providing care for the pets of South London.
Meet our Partner, Bruno Duarte
I graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Lisbon in 2015. I also trained in Barcelona during my degree. I joined Medivet in 2016 and have worked in a variety of clinics across London, joining permanently the Medivet 24 Hour Camberwell team in February 2023 and finally becoming Partner in February 2024. I hold a certificate in Internal Medicine and I am working towards a certificate in ultrasonography. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine and have a particular interest in abdominal ultrasonography and management of medical cases. Outside of work I have a passion for travelling, reading and music and I escape to trek in nature whenever possible. I share my home with two very cheeky cats called Café and Luar who my partner and I have rescued.
Meet our Partner, Riccardo Incarnato
I graduated in Veterinary Medicine in the University of Teramo, Italy, in 2016.
After completing an internship in Italy, I moved to the UK where I started my career with Medivet in 2018.
In 2023 I have relocated to Medivet 24 Hour Camberwell, where I enjoy my work in internal medicine, abdominal ultrasonography, and clinical pathology, with a particular interest in cytology and clinical oncology.
I am currently working towards my Internal Medicine certificate.
In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, travelling, classical music and rock climbing.

We’ve now been with Medivet for 2 years & Headley, our dog. loves visiting, especially when he’s poorly. The staff are incredibly friendly, relaxed, and professional. It’s quite reassuring.

Hello all, I wanted to leave a review for the lovely vet who helped us say goodbye to our beloved cat Blue today. She was so kind, gentle and comforting, both to our cat and to us during such a heartbreaking moment.I was so emotional at the time that I forgot to properly say thank you, but I really want her to know how much her compassion and kindness meant to us. She made an incredibly difficult experience just a little easier. Thank you so much, for taking such wonderful care of our cat and for being so compassionate when I needed it most. ❤️

Just called after monitoring my cat's reaction to food that was suggeted by them. THEIR plan was to see how he reacts, then hear from me in order to reccommend further dietry plan. But when I called, the student vet on the phone didn't know much about anything. The other vet couldn't talk. When I asked to speak with ANY of the vets who treated my cat previouly (like last month) I was told "they dont work here". What? So no one knows anything about the patient, eccept for the email exchange - which stated that I need to call and get advice. No one could give a simple advice OR call me later, becauyse "they dont work there". Anything to get me to book another appointment! They used to be much better a few years back, with personal care and knowledge. They've gone down massively.

Overall, our visit was positive and Logan was treated with care and respect. The clinic was clean and had a noticeable disinfectant smell, which was reassuring. The bill was settled quickly and the team were helpful throughout. A few areas could be improved to enhance the experience: our appointment ran a few minutes behind schedule, and the reception area and shelves looked a little sparse, giving the impression the clinic was either newly opened or winding down for the day. Additionally, the website doesn’t currently allow us to amend existing pet information, which would be a useful feature.
