Excellent practice good to be able to see the same vet as my previous practice we saw a different vet each time. The nurses and reception staff are all friendly and supportive especially when I have been worried about my dogs.

I was placed in a side room due to my dog is scared of other dogs
The vet muddled up my dog with someone else dog and began treating my dog that was meant to be for a different dog
My dog is not any better and I personally believe my dog has been given a misdiagnosis and incorrect medications that was meant for another dog

I arrived without an appointment with my dog and they still carried out all the necessary investigations straight away as an emergency ( blood tests, scan ) The team was professional, thorough and explained everything clearly. The treatment prescribed was exactly what my dog needed and he is already recovering well. Great service — highly recommended
