I do not wholly agree with the diagnosis as it's an easy way out and far to expensive!!

Receptionist was extremely polite and helpful with queries and booking in. Vet service wasnt as high quality as the usual vet, didn’t issue requested prescription at the vets then sent old prescription via email. Information about tests and costs was unclear from vet, had to wait nearly 30 mins for them to send the bill to reception. Service wasn’t as thorough and smooth as usual.
