Duncan and the Team were amazing at Chester and Minnie vaccinations. Nothing was too much trouble. All questions answered and the information supplied put my mind at ease after recently loosing our Frenchbull dog. So pleased we're decided to register Chester and Minnie at Medivet oakengates.

40min delay, no information shared regarding delay. It would have been courteous to be informed there was a delay & how long, luckily my dog was ok, but I'd imagine others wouldn't be.

Buddy was poorly last weekend, so we took him to Medivet’s out of hours vet in Shrewsbury. His back was tender so he administered an anti-inflammatory and painkillers, back in Oakengates next day, Duncan prescribed more of the same. Our lad was too poorly to bound up the steps and make a beeline for the girls on reception as he normally does. No matter, one of them left her desk and came to make a fuss of him
