From the moment we rang to get an appointment to when we picked our dog up from her operation everyone was brilliant. Reception, vet and veterinary nurse. So kind, caring and made sure we understood everything.

I can’t recommend this veterinary clinic highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a team that genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding—they are attentive, organised, and always take the time to explain everything clearly without making you feel rushed. Their customer service is second to none, with friendly reception staff and vets who truly listen to your concerns and treat your pet with kindness and compassion. What really stands out is their expertise. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, they take their time explaining to you and answer queries we may have. I have always been very happy with the service from the Petts Wood branch. They were very kind and sympathetic when our cat was ill and the tough decision was made. They sent us flowers and a lovely card in condolence. So when we were given a lovely little kitten there was no question where we would go.
