I have always been very happy with the service from the Petts Wood branch. They were very kind and sympathetic when our cat was ill and the tough decision was made. They sent us flowers and a lovely card in condolence. So when we were given a lovely little kitten there was no question where we would go.

The professionalism of the staff is outstanding—they are attentive, organised, and always take the time to explain everything clearly without making you feel rushed. Their customer service is second to none, with friendly reception staff and vets who truly listen to your concerns and treat your pet with kindness and compassion. What really stands out is their expertise. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, they take their time explaining to you and answer queries we may have. Anyone would feel very confident and rest assured your pet is in the best possible hands. Always brilliant service here. The vets are friendly and caring. Getting an appointment is easy with later slots available. The plan which covers health checks and flea and worming is great value for money. Couldn’t fault it at all.
