Medivet Sutton-on-Hull

Staff are always so lovely and helpful. Sofia, Debbie and Casey are always pleasant and the dogs love seeing them. There's a couple of new faces I don't see as often, but they've always been lovely and welcoming.
Despite being slightly more expensive than other local vets, we genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else now.

had all my dogs here and before it got took over by Medivet,I would highly recommend this vets, even now ,medivet vet and staff are friendly and caring, they look after my Hugo with great care when he's there ,I would recommend medivet the staff are lovely so are the vets,this is what I like about a vet they are caring and friendly towards your pet ,this gives me peace of mind knowing that the friendly caring staff are towards you and your pet .great work keep it up .thankyou Medivet for looking after my Hugo with great care,like some say they are family not just a pet .my Hugo means the world to my family .5 ***** star rating from us .xxthankyou all again from us and Hugo the dog 🐕.🐾🐾also have no problems with making appointments they answer soon as they can .x

Ladies on reception are extremely friendly and efficient. The only quibble I have is paying for the checkup for my dogs long term medication and then a further £25 for a prescription I feel it should be one price for both. Eg £50 for a medication check up and the prescription. There’s no tests required literally weighed her and listened to her heart and £75 later a prescription. The appointment was less than 5 minutes. Which works out at £900 per hour at that rate!

The vet I saw was very sympathetic and kind to my dog and took plenty of time to explain what was the best way forward with my dog would be and supplied me with plenty of information

My dog had surgery on 10/02 and it was a quick and easy process. They looked after my dog very well and although he was crying when I arrived (normal after what he had done) I could see how much the staff cared for him and looked after him. Would recommend

I can't really express how wonderful they all are at the practice. Starting at the reception, always smiling and helpful and accommodating. The fantastic Anna and Sophia both caring and going beyond for your pet. It's feel like visiting a family. No exaggerations just genuine and kind people.

Medivet is a fantastic vets as are the staff. My dog Douglas loves going and all the staff treat him great.

The vets are easy to contact and book with. The lady’s at reception are lovely and make Ivy feel less nervous the second she walks in and our vet is so understanding and patient!
Ivy is a rescue pup now in her teen stage so people can seem quite scary to her but her vet does not add additional stress to her visit and shows her the extra tlc and love she needs - the additional treats help!
