Absolutely amazing, been using this vets for years and even though it's changed from chestnut to medivet still amazing service can't fault them the staff are brilliant nothings to much trouble my dog loves going.

Staff are brilliant ,understanding and always have the time to explain what you need to know and answer any questions. All in all they go above and beyond ,it's good to know they are only a phone call away 24/7.

Had my cat pts today,what can I say from the first moment we walked in the door the friendly receptionist always happy to help and friendly to.and the vet and nurse who was present what can I say 100% caring reassuring I have been with these vets for years,before it changed to medivet,and medivet are caring and it's all about the animals ,I wouldn't change to another one.i thankyou for today my girl couldn't of been in better hands,thankyou so so much.xx from Tiny & family.xx also far best vets round.

Been using this practice for years, always exceptional with our dog Seth, all the staff are welcoming helpful and happy, definitely recommend to anyone asking, by far the best vets in Hull.

Every visit I have here brings stress to my cat because they don’t have separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs… like a normal vet does. They need an excuse to take your money anyway so will be changing vets as soon as I can. Rude receptionists, are they told to show customers sass in their training? I wonder. Not recommended at all, especially for cat owners.
