Overall my experience was ok but I wasn’t happy that the vet thought they could take over my pet when I’m its owner that it knows best and feels safe with me. When an animal don’t know the person it feels anxious, especially a pet that has been Ferrell. So I was annoyed with the vet for this.
The paying was easy but I thought the consultation cost was extortionate to say I came to your premises.
An equine vet comes to me and charges less for a visit.
So not impressed by the rip off price.

I have been with chest nut vets for 20 years plus when Arthur had the practice medi vet have kept up a god practice the grounds need keeping up to date thre is a,fee pot holes and ground need a good upkeep x

Sofia is so lovely. I feel like she really cares and takes her time to explain everything. Nothing is too much trouble.
