Such welcoming & helpful staff, even the little dog. I felt completely at ease & had no qualms about leaving my pet with them for his operation.

The appointment was late. Other dogs in waiting room so we chose to wait outside to keep our dog calm. Due to staff shortage our appointment had been changed but we did not expect the long wait which made our dog more anxious than usual and from this his heart rate increased and was not able to be taken which has never been a problem before. We will now have to bring him in at an additional time before his operation.

Absolutely amazing service from the whole team. They were kind, professional, and really caring with my puppy, which made us feel completely at ease. You can tell they genuinely love animals and take the time to explain everything properly. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and very well organised. I’m really grateful for the care and attention they gave us. Highly recommend!
