Visiting Uppermill Vets is always a pleasure, the staff are caring and friendly, and Maegan the vet is lovely, she reassures me about my old cat Milly, and makes things better. They are a great team!

The Team at the Uppermill Practice are friendly, warm, professional and so caring. I feel my pet is important, and feel included in her treatment, not just spoken down to, or told what treatment will be given. Everything is explained fully, I feel better after talking to Maegan the vet, she has a gentle way of talking to and handling my pet. Maegan, Anne and Charlie are the best. Shocking! I had stated my dog needed allergy meds. I was in and out within 30 seconds the vet did not check over my dog and relied on my information then told me they don’t hold the medication and I would have to come back but then still went onto charge me £49! And said I need to make another appointment and pay £148. Daylight robbery and my dog left with no treatment ! Avoid

I had occasion to phone Mossley 2 weeks ago as I was worried about my new dog. the receptionist was really helpful and registered him immediately over the phone as I was a long standing customer before my old dog died last October.
I saw Megan at Uppermill yesterday. She mad every effort to make friends with my dog and he behaved perfectly for both Megan and Anne. All my questions were answered and an appointment sorted for his jabs.
The dog responded well and seemed happy with his experience of a new envoronment
