Anne and Meagan are fantastic . Meagan listens to you and offers you lots of choices on how to go forward with your pets health.Both my dogs are comfortable with Meagan and that means a lot as one is extremely nervous.

Excellent service and staff are absolutely amazing at all levels in the Uppermill branch🤗.
They also contact me by phone to confirm that I'm attending the appointment, which I find much better👍.
I think it would be better for all practices to phone clients to make sure too. I say that because I missed an email message that cancelled my appointment in a different branch and l didn't find out until I arrived ☹️.

The vet was very helpful and did a thorough examination of our cat. He was not stressed at all .very friendly and helpful staff at uppermill

As usual the staff are very professiinal, knowledgable and friendly and puts my dog at ease I go to the Uppermill practice as it is more convenient for me. I would recommend 100%
