We’ve been taking our dog here for the past 5 years and have the utmost trust in the great care she’ll receive. The staff and vets have always been friendly and communicative, and just lovely with our beloved fluff. There’s no doubt that our girl has always been very well looked after by them, and we appreciate the great work they continue to do.

Disgusted that my dog's ashes were left nearly a month at the Welling surgery without anyone contacting me. Exceptional Care, Always There - couldn't be further from the truth. All I was asked to do was email the head nurse. Customer service is seriously lacking.

I booked an initial consultation for my puppy after seeing on the website that the initial puppy check is free. I then called on the phone, before booking the appointment and was told explicitly that the consultation would be free. I was shocked and appalled that I had been lied to and misled on the phone call, as I was asked to pay £94!! Unfortunately this is a dishonest business, so you’re better off finding a cheaper alternative elsewhere.

very professional staff the whole practice is outstanding I've been with them since the day I had my kitten she was just over 3 weeks old they advice you well and very helpful they go above and beyond your expectations now I've been almost 4years and still very happy and would highly recommend Medivet
