Medivet Broadstone

Victoria (sorry I’ve spelt her name wrong)was amazing with my cat Lily, would definitely recommend seeing her at Broadstone Branch. Great to have an understanding vet here again.

The team at Broadstone are always welcoming, efficient & caring! We are seen on time & health checks are always thorough. Staff handle pets with gentleness & are extremely knowledgeable. Just recently Jen on reception has been extremely helpful while dealing with an unusual situation & has been very kind & compassionate, putting our concerns at ease. Thank you so much

Excellent Care I can’t thank Medivet Broadstone enough for the care they gave my 1-year-old puppy, Milo, during what was an incredibly stressful and worrying situation. I called them after finding Milo very unwell, and they got him seen immediately. The team were so caring and reassuring, thoroughly checked him over and explained everything clearly. He had a very high temperature and was treated promptly with medication and antibiotics. Thankfully, Milo was back to his usual self within a few days. I’m so grateful to the team at Medivet Broadstone for their quick response, kindness and professionalism. It’s such a comfort knowing Milo is in such good hands. Thank you! ❤️🐾

AVOID. Misdiagnosed our cats gender which is the basic service I would expect and has led to further problems as a result. Desperate to sell vaccinations, flea treatment, pet plan, etc. The website does not correctly show the current team members which needs updating.

I should have posted this back in February 2026 however I was grieving from losing my beautiful cat my Chocolate point Birman Reggie who nearly reached 17 years old. A very big thankyou to Christina the main vet at the Broadstone branch. Also a very big thankyou to Receptionists Jen and Tracey who helped me with appointments and my claims from pet plan etc. I have used the Broadstone and Parkstone branch for all my cats, the compassion was excellent right up to the private vets retiring and selling to a corporate company. Since the age of 7 and I am now in my 60's. I have used Walton Lodge as my vets, however when they were sold out to Medivets, the vet practice changed, they became very corporate. The personal touch came from the 3 individuals above who were all wonderful. Except for the 3 people above, there was no personal touch something that really stood out. I had no compassionate card from the vets saying we are sorry for your loss of Reggie, my Birman meant everything to me, he was my family. I had a compassionate Card for all my other cats but not Reggie. I came to realise that Medivets do not care, they are a business and that's it. I have since researched local vets and got recommendations. I have two kittens and new vets to visit now. Sorry Medivet your thoughtlessness has made me go and look for another vets. You are also quite expensive. The 5 stars are for the 3 staff members.

Urgent appointment, same day, time easily changed as pet not available first time round! Very friendly greeting, and consultation very satisfactory. So far, pet improving, but open to further appointment, even OOH if needed.

Great friendly surgery. Lovely welcome from the receptionist. The Vet was easy going and my Doggo was at ease with her,as this was his first visit to a vet. Very clean surgery.

Unfortunately we were kept waiting in the car, with 2 cats in carriers, for an hour and a half due to an emergency. Cats then had a rushed "health check" with limited health information available to the vet as they had no access to their computer.
