I'm the Partner at Medivet Chorlton. I qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in 2020 from ULHT-FMV in Lisbon and then worked in the pharmaceutical industry before relocating to Manchester and joining Medivet back in 2021. I am passionate about providing a gold-standard service to all our customers, not just the animals but their humans too! I have a special interest in surgery and small animal internal medicine.

I’ve always had an excellent experience with this vet. They have great appointment availability, even on the day for emergencies. The vets are always kind and advise you on treatments and investigations appropriately, including when none is needed. Very happy with this service!

The practice is very cat friendly, and the vet clearly loves cats. We had to have a rather stressful procedure, which I was worried about, but the vet and nurse handled it quickly, professionally and with compassion. As a result my cat coped very well and was back to his usual cheerful self within a a couple of hours.

Brought my puppy in for her first visit and everyone was professional and friendly. The experience was stress free and calming. Nelly loved jumping on the scale and getting treats from Miguel.
