Caring for all aspects of your pet’s oral health is easy with our excellent dental facilities.

An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a simple, non-invasive test used to detect certain defects in your pet’s heart.

Our nurses run weight, dental, post-op, puppy and senior clinics. They're often the easiest first port of call for the smaller questions in between full appointments.

We know that sometimes it just isn’t possible for you or your pet to travel into one of our practices to receive care. At times like this, our capable and compassionate veterinary teams often offer at home visits.

Your local Medivet practice will be able to issue an Animal Health Certificate for EU travel.

Vet Blood Supplies is part of the Medivet community, and together we work to save the lives of dogs across the country.

We use x-ray machines to quickly diagnose issues that might affect your pet.

Quick and efficient testing at our state-of-the-art in-house laboratories is just one aspect of the exceptional care we offer.

Ultrasound lets us look inside the abdomen and the heart without surgery or sedation. It's often the natural next step after blood work when something isn't quite adding up.

I would like to add more stars but I have had a couple of procedures done on my dog but found them very expensive. First off they should have told me the price upfront but never did so after the procedure I had to scrape the money up from friends and family. I understand vet bills are not cheap but I could have shopped around and maybe had the choice of a cheaper vet. I have a plan with them and found that to be very reasonable which I probably will renew.

Took my Welsh Terrier for its six monthly check up. Everyone was so kind and was seen at the appointed time. The vet was very informative and listened to my concerns. Definitely satisfied with my visit.

Disappointing experience - would not recommend I rarely leave reviews, but our most recent visit left me feeling I had to share this. The reception staff were genuinely lovely, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the vet we saw. During what was supposed to be a health check for our puppy, the appointment felt brief and rushed. More concerningly, the vet mentioned they are not fond of dogs - which is deeply unsettling to hear in a veterinary setting. Our puppy had a visible bite on his leg that we specifically flagged during the appointment. The vet gave it a cursory glance, told us it was fine, and sent us home with no treatment and no advice whatsoever. The bite continued to worsen and distressing our pupppy. We ended up taking him to Pets at Home later on the very same day as seeing the vet, where staff immediately identified it as a mosquito bite that was causing him significant discomfort. They provided proper guidance, antiseptic treatment, and advice on dressing the wound to prevent him from licking it and risking infection - all of which should have come from our vet. I've attached a photo of the bite that was completely disregarded. It speaks for itself. We will be moving to a different vet. A professional who openly admits to disliking animals should not be practising veterinary medicine, and no pet owner should leave an appointment worse off than when they arrived.
