The Vet and the receptionist were lovely. But I had booked an appointment the week before to see Beth and I was not told that she would be at Redbourne that day. So I had to rebook the appointment which was very annoying. I asked for the manager to call me because I had a few other issues I wanted to discuss and she has not contacted me. Now I can't be bothered talking to her because it is too late. So my issues are with management not with the Vet.

We have recently had to deal with 2 separate serious conditions with our pets and the vets have been brilliant. Really kind and responsive and we're very happy with the care we are receiving.

I have just moved to the area with my two cats and both the receptionist and vet were very welcoming. The vet was charming and explained everything in detail and even although my two cats to wander around the room, rather than being stuck in their travelling bags.

Happy with the treatment provided for my pet rabbit. However, having enquired about the cost of euthanising should it be necessary, I am appalled at the cost. I want to do what’s best for my pet but simply can not afford to do so. It may be that I am forced to watch her suffer unnecessarily. Having read different reviews about what I could do to end her life, I am really concerned that these options are what many people are forced to do because of the prohibitive cost of vet treatment for a small creature.
